D&E, A Financial Education and Training Institute, Inc., is dedicated to empowering individuals. We believe that through empowering people with tools to make better financial decisions, we can positively impact the foreclosure crisis. We have a team of reputable industry professionals who collectively, possess more than fifty years of experience in housing counseling, job readiness, banking and training in areas of financial education to include the fundamentals of banking basics "how-to become bankable"; homebuyer education; credit; budgeting and debt management; foreclosure prevention and wealth building.

D&E, has been changing lives and re-establishing neighborhoods since January 2000. We are dedicated to empowering citizens to change their lifes personally, professionally and financially, through outreach and education. D&E, delivers… and our ten year track record proves it.
