| 1st Time Homebuyer’s Workshop |

Our goal is to educate potential homebuyers about the mechanics of the home buying process, as well as equip attendees with the tools necessary to make a wise purchasing decision and maintain homeownership.
|

Our comprehensive 6-8 hour pre-purchase workshop is intended to help prospective homebuyers gain insight to the home buying process.
The workshop dives into the buying process from A-Z. Industry professionals (i.e. realtor, home inspector, insurance agent, lender, etc.) will be available to discuss their role and the “do’s and don’ts”. Also and overview of homeownership readiness, budgeting, credit, and other related topics will be discussed. Participants will have the unique opportunity to ask questions and share dialogue about the process.

Worked with various community groups and non-profit organizations (e.g. Atlanta Neighborhood Housing Services, Reynoldstown Revitalization Corporation) and governmental agencies, in conjunction with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, to successful finance the revitalization and rehabilitation of neighborhoods. |

Successfully renovated 19 homes in the Reynoldstown area, implementing specialized underwriting guidelines designed for residents as highlighted in GE's Best Practices Guide. |
